The visit, which was organized by the Omani Ministry of Commerce and Industry, was made to the city of Jask in Hormozgan Province.
The delegation was headed by Khamis bin Abdullah al Farsi, director general of commerce at Oman’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry. It also included a number of officials from the country’s ministries of commerce and agriculture as well as Omani businessmen.
The visit was aimed at enhancing bilateral trade relations, holding a number of joint meetings to explore investment and trade opportunities and enhancing cooperation between the companies and establishments of the two countries’ private sectors, according to Financial Tribune.
